Tom Tabereaux

Manager
Tom has over thirty years
experience with Junior Achievement Inc., a major
international non-profit organization. He has direct
experience in managing a variety of funding campaigns,
including annual, letter, personal gifts, teams,
telemarketing, and special events.
For six years Tom was
Director of Operations and located at the organization’s
headquarters in Colorado. In that capacity he worked with
local Boards of Directors and staff across the United States
to develop and implement successful fundraising campaigns,
public relations, strategic planning, and improve staff
development. He also served as President of four local areas
in the Southeast: Florence, AL, Louisville, KY, Shreveport,
LA, and Jackson, MS, where he worked with local Boards of
Directors composed of local business and education leaders.
Tom has been actively
involved in the communities where he has lived. He has been
an officer and Board member of Rotary, volunteer president
of an Education Foundation Trust organization, officer and
Board member with the Mississippi Center for Nonprofits, led
the Mississippi Business Hall of Fame, and served as an
active member of Chambers of Commerce, Mississippi Economic
Council, and the Public Education Forum.
He is a graduate of the
University of North Alabama. After residing in Jackson, MS
for 15 years, Tom and his wife Charlotte now live in
Meridian, MS.
